Adhering to the concept of Shang8 team emphasizing both ecology and humanity, advocating ecological construction, driving new urban renewal, and breaking the monotonous, indifferent, and suffocating urban context of "skyscrapers, honeycomb ant dwellings", creating an urban oasis of creative freedom and inspiration required by the cultural and creative class. This is the core area of Beijing's CBD, hidden between high-end business buildings, and it is tempting to appreciate the charm of "hidden in the city.".
尚8设计家广告园是尚8创意产业园系列项目之一，原名尚8设计+广告园，寓意为设计者、设计公司打造专属集聚地、集群化产业链；创建“家”文化，用设计诠释大院庭院式“低密低碳”、“闹中取静”的精神意涵；用设计激发再加一点儿创想灵感，让城市生活在积淀的历史之轮之上更加创新年轻，*终形成一个创意族群私享的城市绿洲文化社区。该项目位于北京市朝阳区四惠桥区域，落户北京CBD-定福庄传媒走廊沿线，始建于2010年7月，总建筑面积2.46万平方米，主打“设计”主题概念的新派庭院式文化园区。秉承尚8团队强调生态与人文并重的理念，主张生态化建设，带动新的城市更新,打破了“摩天大厦、蜂窝蚁居”过于单调、冷漠、令人窒息的城市脉络，构建出了文化创意阶层所需的创意自由与灵感气息的城市绿洲。这里是北京CBD的核心区域，又隐藏于高端商务楼宇之间，令人体味“大隐隐于市”的魅力。
